Description
The Project Controls Engineer will create, update, and maintain project controls for construction projects and task orders, including project status, changes, RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, quality, safety, financial performance, and closeout. The role manages material tracking, change management, change orders, vendor pricing, estimates, proposals, and compliance reporting, while using software such as Viewpoint, ProCore, Adobe, Bluebeam, and MS Project. The position requires process-management knowledge, familiarity with the listed applications, and willingness to learn additional tools.
