ICF Habitat is hiring a full-time Assistant Project Owner’s Representative on an apprenticeship contract in its Île-de-France establishment. The role supports project managers and heads with administrative, financial, and technical monitoring of rehabilitation projects, including project development, construction, tender and insurance files, meetings, acceptance reports, invoicing, and financial documentation. The work-study student will develop skills alongside two assistants and contribute to process improvement and service quality. A BTS qualification, Assistant Manager, Real Estate Professions, or equivalent is required, along with organization, writing, analytical, teamwork, and confidentiality skills; the preferred schedule is 3 days/2 days or 4 days/1 day.
