Description
Jackson Construction is hiring an Assistant Project Superintendent to support the Project Superintendent in managing daily commercial construction field operations. The role coordinates subcontractors, schedules, materials, equipment, and resources; enforces safety, quality, regulatory, and cleanliness standards; maintains Procore documentation; manages hourly employees and temporary laborers; and assists with project closeout. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while construction management, engineering, commercial construction, and K-12 construction experience are preferred or desirable. The position requires physical work on active construction sites, including standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
