Description
The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in managing CCH-managed property at Fusion Studios. Responsibilities include maintaining physical and electronic files, entering rent, service requests, applications, purchase orders, and invoices into property management software, ensuring compliance with housing and landlord laws, supervising site personnel, conducting health and safety inspections, monitoring security and resident issues, providing resident customer service, distributing notices, and assuming Property Manager duties when needed. The role prefers two years of affordable housing experience and a real estate-related bachelor’s degree, requires a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance eligibility, and offers health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time-off, and other benefits.
