Description
The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager by managing resident relations, leasing and occupancy activities, rent collection, compliance, reporting, resident services, and property expenses. The role may act in a supervisory capacity when directing associates, and requires at least three years of experience in property management, leasing, or a related field, a high school diploma or GED, and relevant certifications or the ability to obtain them. The position pays $24 to $27 per hour and includes health, dental, vision, paid leave, retirement matching, and other benefits.
