Description
Enterprise is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to help operate an affordable housing community, maintain a safe and attractive resident environment, support occupancy and leasing goals, manage rents and delinquencies, monitor operational and financial reporting, coordinate resident services, and provide team direction when the Property Manager is absent. The role requires at least three years of property management, leasing, or related experience, a high school diploma or GED, NCHM COS and TCS or equivalent certifications (or a commitment to obtain them), strong communication, organization, customer service, problem-solving, computer, and Microsoft Word and Excel skills, plus reliable transportation. Compensation is $21.20 to $26.00 per hour, with health, dental, vision, retirement, leave, wellness, and professional development benefits.
