The role involves implementing various operational tasks, preparing financial reports, assisting with expense processing, and supporting other communities.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: three years’ experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications: NCHM COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) & TCS (Tax Credit Specialist) Certification or equivalent certification from a nationally recognized compliance training program and experience.
