RAM Partners, LLC is hiring an experienced Assistant Property Manager for a full-time role in Bradenton, Florida. The position focuses on multifamily property management and includes financial operations such as collecting rent, posting payments, preparing deposits and reports, reviewing invoices and resident files, handling delinquencies, supporting move-outs, and assisting residents while acting as onsite supervisor when the Property Manager is absent. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior assistant property management experience, a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with property management software such as Yardi or On Site.
