Description
The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in managing an affordable-housing community, including resident relations, leasing, rent collection, compliance, financial reporting, resident services, and property operations. The role may act in a supervisory capacity when directing associates, and requires at least three years of experience in property management, leasing, or a related field, along with a high school diploma or GED and relevant certifications or certification readiness. The position pays $22 to $26.25 per hour and includes health, dental, vision, paid leave, retirement matching, and other benefits.
