The Assistant Property Manager will support the Property Manager in managing Lawrence Lofts and Madison Crossing, including leasing and marketing, resident retention, financial reporting, maintenance coordination, documentation, and resident communication. The role requires a Tuesday-through-Saturday schedule, 40 hours per week, and pays $26–$27 per hour with eligible bonuses and employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage.
