Description
Arcadis Hong Kong is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow, tender documentation, and tender evaluations, and to manage post-contract administration, progress-payment valuation, variation assessments, cost control, and final accounts. The role requires a Quantity Surveying degree, technical knowledge of measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts, and law, and familiarity with professional practice and contract administration. Candidates with 0–4 years of QS experience, pre-contract experience, consultancy background, HKIS or RICS qualifications, and English, Cantonese, and Chinese communication skills are preferred or considered; fresh graduates are welcome.
