Description
Foster Farms is seeking a motivated individual to assist in the daily operations of their ranch and fryer facility. Responsibilities include feeding, mortality removal, equipment adjustment, sanitation, and supporting the grow-out program. The role also involves coordinating feed deliveries, managing inventory, maintaining facilities, ensuring sanitation and disease prevention, and adhering to safety and biosecurity protocols. Candidates should be self-motivated, possess strong math and organizational skills, be able to lift up to 25 pounds, and demonstrate basic English proficiency. Experience with mechanical aptitude and supervisory skills is preferred, along with flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
