Anantara, a luxury hospitality brand, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Recreation Manager to oversee the daily operations of recreation areas, including the fitness center, kids' club, resort activities, and tour desk. The role involves supervising and training recreation team members, ensuring equipment maintenance and safety, preparing staff schedules, and managing budgets. The manager will coordinate and implement engaging guest programs, design creative events, handle guest feedback, and collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, the role focuses on supervising fitness operations, promoting wellness programs, overseeing kids' club activities, and managing tours and excursions while maintaining relationships with external suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Sports Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality recreation management.
