ClearCaptions is hiring a remote Assistant Regional Manager to oversee sales, customer acquisition, retention, territory management, and performance of part-time Territory Training & Sales Managers in an assigned United States region. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager, requires extensive travel of up to 50%, and includes coaching, training, compliance monitoring, product inventory management, and talent development. Candidates need sales or sales-management experience, technical knowledge, quota-achievement ability, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual-team tools. Compensation is $72,000–$75,000 prospectively plus commission, with benefits available.
