Description
The Associate Registrar for Scheduling reports to the University Registrar and provides subject-matter expertise in academic calendars, class and event scheduling, space management, and transfer course articulations. The role manages scheduling software, coordinates with colleges, supports special projects, presents scheduling and space data, and may assist with front-desk and committee work. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of related higher-education administrative or student-support experience, proficiency with Microsoft and Google products, and strong communication and multitasking skills; knowledge of accreditation, higher-education policy, and university ERP systems is desirable.
