Description
Georgia-Pacific is hiring an Assistant Reliability Manager in Toledo, Oregon, to support the mill's reliability strategy and improve equipment reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and strengthen asset management. The role provides technical leadership and coaching to reliability engineers and other reliability resources, supports predictive and condition-based maintenance, leads failure investigations and root-cause analyses, develops reliability metrics, and partners with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Planning. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience, manufacturing or heavy-industry experience, and experience with reliability engineering, maintenance, asset management, or equipment troubleshooting.
