Description
The Assistant Residence Manager supports the Residence Manager in running a behavior and habilitation program for adults with developmental disabilities, provides indirect supervision and coaching to Direct Support Professionals, coordinates staffing and schedules, manages resident money allowances, participates in IDT meetings and IPP reporting, conducts fire drills, and uses electronic systems. The role requires a high school or general education diploma, one year of supervisory experience, two years working with the I/DD population, a Tri-State driver's license, and basic computer skills. It offers medical, vision, and dental insurance, paid training, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and $23.00–$24.00 per hour.
