Spring Arbor Leesburg is hiring an Assistant Resident Care Coordinator to support resident care in a community with 71 assisted living beds and 20 memory care beds. The role assists with assessments, care planning, admissions, clinical documentation, medication administration, provider coordination, compliance, and resident support while providing direction and training to Resident Assistants and Medication Technicians. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional weekends and participation in the Manager on Duty weekend rotation. The position requires a Med Tech or LPN, with senior living, healthcare, or resident care experience preferred, and includes physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and assisting with resident transfers.
