Assistant Resident Care Director at Foundry

The Assistant Resident Care Director supports the Resident Care Director in supervising Assisted Living Services and overseeing the department’s operations, including resident care, care planning, infection control, life safety, budget control, resident documentation, and staff supervision. The role requires an RN or LPN in good standing, CPR/AED certification, a positive criminal background screening, and at least 18 years of age; geriatric, long-term care, or assisted living experience, supervisory experience, and computerized resident documentation experience are preferred. Driving duties may be assigned based on business needs.
