Description
The Assistant Resident Care Director supports the Resident Care Director in supervising a 94-resident assisted living community and overseeing the Assisted Living Department’s administration, physical maintenance, resident care, compliance, budgeting, and communications. The role supervises care staff, assists with resident service plans and resident care activities, and promotes safety, quality care, occupancy, communication, and resident satisfaction. Applicants must be at least 18, hold a current RN or LPN license, have CPR/AED certification, pass a criminal background screening, and work in a drug-free environment; geriatric, long-term care, or assisted living experience, supervisory experience, and computerized documentation experience are preferred.
