Allegro Winter Park is hiring a full-time Assistant Resident Care Director (LPN) to support the Resident Care Director in overseeing daily clinical operations and Assisted Living Services. The role involves supervising and mentoring care staff, developing resident service plans, coordinating with families and physicians, maintaining infection control and life safety, supporting budget and compliance, and participating in rotating weekend coverage. Applicants must hold an active Florida LPN license and CPR/AED certification; geriatric, long-term care, or assisted living experience and supervisory experience are preferred. The position pays $27.00–$28.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k), paid time off, and holiday pay.
