Assistant Resident Care Director - Med Tech at Foundry

Spring Arbor Leesburg is hiring an Assistant Resident Care Director / Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Resident Care Director in coordinating and overseeing resident care services in Allegro Living communities. The role includes resident assessments, care planning, medication management, clinical documentation, provider and family coordination, compliance support, and supervision and scheduling of Resident Assistants and Medication Technicians. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional weekends and participation in the Manager on Duty weekend rotation. An RN or LPN or higher is required, while senior living, healthcare, management, and technology experience are preferred.
