Egis is hiring a site-based Assistant Resident Engineer in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, to support the Resident Engineer in overseeing construction activities on mid-rise to high-rise building projects. The role involves monitoring enabling and structural works, conducting site inspections, reviewing technical documentation, coordinating contractors and multidisciplinary teams, managing site records and handover processes, supporting scheduling and risk resolution, and assisting with quality, safety, and BIM-based coordination. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering or a related discipline, substantial experience in site supervision and construction management, and familiarity with structural and enabling works, construction documentation, and BIM processes.
