EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Assistant Resident Manager I for its 150-unit affordable family housing community, MacArthur Field, in Los Angeles, California. The role supports the Resident Manager with rent collection, deposits, rent rolls, income verification, work orders, resident relations, evictions, inspections, repairs, and re-certifications. Candidates need at least one year of affordable housing property management experience, knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH, and ADA guidelines, problem-solving and resident-relations skills, and strong computer and phone skills; bilingual English and Spanish ability is preferred. The position pays $26.50–$38.85 per hour, with a hiring range of $26.25–$32.55 per hour depending on experience and current salaries.
