EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Assistant Resident Manager I for its 2-bedroom affordable family housing community, Markham Plaza I, in San Jose, California. The role supports the Resident Manager with rent collection, deposits, rent rolls, income verification, work orders, resident relations, evictions, inspections, repairs, and re-certifications. Candidates need at least one year of affordable housing property management experience, knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH, and ADA guidelines, and strong computer and phone skills; bilingual English and Spanish ability is preferred.
