Cohannet Academy is hiring a full-time Assistant Residential Supervisor for its intensive residential treatment program for adolescents. The role works the second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Saturday through Wednesday, and supports program safety, compliance, student well-being, staff development, and supervision of residential counselors. The position pays $21.00 to $27.00 per hour and requires residential or mental health facility experience, supervisory experience in a mental health facility, a valid driver’s license, and availability for evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
