7-Eleven is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to work alongside the Restaurant Leader and oversee customer service, employee training and coaching, restaurant conditions, foodservice quality, compliance with company policies and health-department standards, and use of P&L and store reports. The role requires supervisory experience, computer proficiency, and the ability to perform physically demanding work; a high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience.
