7-Eleven is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to work alongside the Restaurant Leader, providing customer-service leadership, training, and coaching to restaurant employees. The role also oversees restaurant conditions, compliance with company policies and health-department standards, foodservice preparation and presentation, and the use of P&L and store reports. Candidates should have supervisory experience, computer proficiency, and the ability to perform physically demanding work; a high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience. The position offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay of $16.00 to $21.50, and benefits including health coverage, paid time off, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.
