Raising Cane’s is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day restaurant operations. The role includes hiring and terminating hourly crewmembers, managing onboarding, schedules, performance, payroll, cash handling, opening and closing, shift management, customer service, and restaurant cleanliness. The position requires at least three years of restaurant or retail management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and availability for varied shifts. Compensation starts at $55,000 annually plus a monthly training incentive, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, retirement, paid time off, and other employee programs.
