Guzman Y Gomez is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee efficient restaurant operations in the Restaurant Manager’s absence, maintain menu and procedure knowledge, deliver excellent customer experiences, and promote the brand’s hospitality values. The role requires supervisory or management experience in quick-service restaurants, restaurants, or hospitality, food safety and responsible alcohol service training, strong communication, reporting, management, conflict resolution, food safety, kitchen leadership, and computer skills.
