Captain D’s is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager at 3021 Dickerson Pike, Nashville, Tennessee. The role oversees all restaurant operations, including strategic planning, sales, staffing, cost control, food quality, cleanliness, safety, team leadership, onboarding, training, inventory, labor, and financial goals. The position requires at least two years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality management experience, a valid driver’s license, and a background check, with a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays and 45+ hours per week.
