ChopChop is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager for its new restaurant in Halmstad, Sweden, with a start date in mid-September or by agreement. The role partners with the Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, plan staffing and schedules, manage customer service and quality, maintain cleanliness and regulatory compliance, support local marketing and sales, and drive results and improvements. Candidates should have at least one to two years of personnel responsibility, preferably in the restaurant or service industry, and should be organized, solution-oriented, and able to motivate others. The position includes an introduction and training period.
