InterContinental London Park Lane is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Theo Randall’s award-winning Cucina Italiana in Mayfair. The role supports the Restaurant Manager, delivers luxury fine-dining service, coaches and develops the team, manages labour and cost performance, ensures food and brand compliance, and takes ownership of the restaurant when the Restaurant Manager is absent. Candidates should have 3–5 years of luxury or fine-dining experience, at least 2 years in a supervisory or Assistant Restaurant Manager role, and Food Safety certification; WSET or Italian language knowledge are desirable. The position pays 38,616.76 per annum plus service charge, paid overtime, and other benefits, with a range of shifts and days.
