Description
The role oversees hotel staff and guests, including team coordination, grooming and attire inspections, opening and closing duties, inventory and supply requisition, dining-room monitoring, maintenance work orders, and employee hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, and coaching. It also requires adherence to safety and security policies, guest service, confidentiality, and physical work involving standing, walking, lifting, and navigating stairs or confined spaces. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least five years of related work experience, including three years of supervisory experience, are preferred.
