Description
The full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee the Stables Brasserie and Bar at Sheen Falls Lodge, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, lounge service, private dining, and event service. The role manages rosters, staff, customer service, stock, HACCP and hygiene standards, team training, and reporting to the Restaurant Manager. Applicants need extensive food and beverage service knowledge, previous five-star hotel restaurant experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, staff-training experience, fluent English, and legal status to work in Ireland.
