Description
The Assistant Retail Development Manager supports the delivery of boutique development projects at Wertheim Village by coordinating fit-outs, refurbishments, and temporary projects; managing approvals, technical documentation, compliance, and project schedules; and coordinating brand partners, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. The role also handles project administration, reporting, invoices, and costs, and requires relevant retail development, construction, property management, or project coordination experience, strong organizational and communication skills, German and English fluency, and basic AutoCAD knowledge. The position is on-site in Wertheim Village with a minimum annual salary of EUR 52,000.
