Description
SSA Group is hiring an Assistant Retail Operations Manager to oversee multiple gift shop and gift kiosk/cart locations. The role supports retail leadership through staff recruitment and development, guest service, inventory and merchandise presentation, sales and inventory analysis, cash handling and point-of-sale troubleshooting, payroll and budget management, scheduling, compliance, and sustainability and community initiatives. It is a full-time, non-exempt position eligible for overtime, with retail management and visual merchandising experience preferred or required as specified.
