Saatva is hiring an Assistant Manager for its nationwide network of Viewing Rooms. The role partners with the Viewing Room Manager to meet sales goals, supports team building and mentorship, assists with management and scheduling, and delivers an elevated customer experience for mattresses and bedding. Candidates should have preferred Assistant Manager or similar management experience, at least two years of customer-facing experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and availability for a retail schedule including weekends and sale holidays. The position offers $70,000–$75,000 annually, medical, dental, and vision insurance options, paid vacation, a 401(k) employer match, and other benefits.
