Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager to support its in-home sales team in the home improvement and bath remodeling industry. The role combines running in-home design consultations, assessing bathroom projects, and training and coaching sales representatives through a ride-along model. The position requires in-home sales experience, strong consultative closing ability, communication and presentation skills, technology proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and availability to drive within a 100-mile radius. Compensation is $70,000 base plus up to 10% commission on personal sales, potential monthly sales bonuses, and a $350 monthly car allowance, with an annual earning potential of $160,000–$190,000.
