Great Clips is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support and motivate a team of stylists, help keep the salon running smoothly, and lead a high-volume floor while continuing to cut hair. The role requires a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong technical haircutting and customer service skills, communication and organizational abilities, and an interest in leadership growth. Compensation is $25-$35+ per hour with tips and performance incentives, and benefits may include paid training, reliable weekly pay, medical and dental benefits, a 401(k) plan, and up to five paid holidays.
