Great Clips is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support the Salon Manager with daily salon operations, customer service, team motivation, and haircut services. The role is intended for licensed barbers or cosmetologists who want to grow into management or take on more responsibility while continuing to cut hair. Compensation is $22-$42+ per hour including tips, bonuses, and commissions, with medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, training, and other benefits mentioned. A valid cosmetology or barber license, technical haircutting skills, customer service, communication, organization, and a team-first mindset are required.
