Great Clips is hiring Assistant Salon Managers to support salon managers, help grow successful teams, and assist with daily salon operations while continuing to cut hair. The role requires a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong technical haircutting and customer service skills, communication and organizational abilities, and an interest in leadership development. Compensation includes a starting hourly rate of 25.00–40.00, tips, commissions, vacation and holiday pay, 401K opportunities, and an end-of-year bonus; medical benefits and paid time off may be available at certain locations.
