Great Clips is seeking Assistant Salon Managers to support salon operations, motivate and develop a team of stylists, maintain organization and customer service, and continue cutting hair. The role offers hourly pay plus tips, flexible scheduling, training, development, and potential promotion to management. Applicants need a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong technical haircutting and customer service skills, communication and organizational abilities, and an interest in leadership. Management experience is not always required, and medical benefits and paid time off may be available at certain locations.
