Great Clips is hiring Assistant Salon Managers to support daily salon operations, motivate and help a team of stylists succeed, and deliver an exceptional client experience while continuing to cut hair. The role offers hourly pay plus tips, flexible scheduling, training, development, and potential promotion to management. Applicants need a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong technical haircutting and customer service skills, communication and organizational abilities, and an interest in leadership. Management experience is not always required, and medical benefits and paid time off may be available at certain locations.
