The role combines styling with leadership development, including helping manage daily salon operations, motivating team members, maintaining a positive customer experience, and supporting a team of stylists. Candidates need a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong technical haircutting and customer service skills, communication and organizational abilities, and an interest in leadership growth.
