The role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations, motivating and supporting a team of stylists, maintaining organization, and developing leadership skills. Candidates need a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong technical haircutting and customer service skills, communication and organizational abilities, and an interest in leadership.
