Great Clips is hiring Assistant Salon Managers to guide and inspire salon teams, support daily salon operations, and help stylists succeed while continuing to cut hair. The role offers $25–$40 per hour in total potential earnings, paid leadership and stylist coaching, shared health coverage, paid PTO, and sick leave, along with training and growth opportunities. Applicants need a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong haircutting and customer-service skills, communication and organizational abilities, and flexibility for at least two evenings per week and three to four weekend days per month.
