Great Clips is hiring Assistant Salon Managers to support and motivate salon stylists while continuing to cut hair and help keep the salon running smoothly. The role combines technical haircutting, customer service, communication, organization, and leadership with training, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, potential promotions, and benefits such as paid vacation, a health plan, and a Simple IRA with a 3% company match. A valid cosmetology or barber license, strong haircutting and customer-service skills, and an interest in leadership are required; prior management experience is not always necessary.
