Great Clips is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support salon operations, motivate and develop a team of stylists, and continue cutting hair. The role requires a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong technical haircutting and customer service skills, communication and organizational abilities, and an interest in leadership. Compensation is $25-$45 per hour including incentives, commissions, and tips, with health, vision, dental, paid time off, holiday pay, 401K matching, and tool reimbursement benefits.
