Great Clips is seeking Assistant Salon Managers to support and motivate salon stylists while continuing to cut hair and help keep the salon running smoothly. The role combines technical haircutting, customer service, team leadership, organization, communication, and operational support, with training, flexible scheduling, paid holidays, paid time off, and potential promotion opportunities. A valid cosmetology or barber license, strong technical skills, customer service ability, and an interest in leadership are required; prior management experience is not always necessary.
